Christmas Giving Opportunity

The Nelson County Food Bank needs help this Christmas season. They need at least 330 hams for hungry Nelson County families. Devil’s Backbone Brewery has come up with a fun and unique idea to raise funds for hams. Bouncing for Hams!

What is Bouncing for Hams? They are looking for volunteers to bounce on a trampoline for 20 minutes to support the cause. The key to the support is that Devil’s Backbone wants to keep the trampoline bouncing for 24 hours! The bouncing starts on Monday, December 13th at 6PM and continues until 6PM on December 14th. For all the details, call 434-361-1001.

You can also make a donation to purchase the hams…if you don’t want to bounce…or even if you do bounce. Staff will be collecting donations during the bounce event. Please come out to the Devil’s Backbone Brewery and Bounce for Hams!

I hope to see you in beautiful Nelson County soon…
