Beech Grove Kicks Off Holiday Weekend

We love living in Beech Grove. We can walk to a coffee shop and pass a winery and a brewery along the way. Beech Grove is doing their part to kick-off the holiday weekend with several events. (Beech Grove is located just off of Rt. 151 as you head towards Wintergreen Resort)

Java Depot: Java Depot, located in the Glen Mary Village, is celebrating their grand opening today. They open at 6AM today and open at 7AM on Saturday and Sunday. Stop by for a cup of coffee, a hot breakfast or a fresh baked muffin.

Wintergreen Winery: The winery kicks off the long holiday weekend with live music, wine, picnic area and gourmet food this Friday and Saturday. Browse the gift shop and taste some great Nelson County wine—then, step outside and listen to some live music by the Rockfish River.

Devil’s Backbone Brewery: Enjoy dinner on the outside patio with a view. DBB has live music all weekend and plenty of brew. Don’t forget brunch at 11AM on Sunday.

What a great way to kick-off a long weekend in beautiful Nelson County.
