Yes, there are a few foreclosures and short sales in Wintergreen Resort. The good news is that those properties are not staying on the market long. If you are interested in receiving updates on foreclosures and short sales, send me an email, and I will place you on my real estate update mailing list. Currently, there is a 1BR condo in Laurelwood listed as a short sale in the $120K’s. There is also a 3BR new log home on the Devil’s Knob Golf Course listed as a short sale for $599K.
