Wintergreen Summer Dining Options

I have received several emails with questions about Wintergreen’s restaurants this Summer. Wintergreen has four restaurants open this Summer, plus the Blue Ridge Terrace and burgers on special weekends.

The Copper Mine Bistro: 434-325-8090 (Make Reservations for Dinner)
Open for breakfast and dinner—located behind the Mountain Inn. This is a relaxed bistro with a Mediterranean menu, including gourmet pizzas.

Devil’s Grill: 434-325-8100 (Make Reservations for Dinner)
New Menu coming this Summer! This restaurant has a club-like ambiance with a creative American fare menu. Open for lunch and Dinner with indoor and outdoor dining.

The Edge: 434-325-8080: (No Reservations Needed)
Just launched their new Summer menu! Open for lunch, dinner and late-night snacks all Summer. Live entertainment at night.

Stoney Creek Bar & Grill: 434-325-8100 (Make Reservations for Dinner)
This is the resort’s valley restaurant with lots of mountain views. Lunch every day, dinner on the weekends and brunch on Sunday. Indoor and outdoor seating for this Summer.
